Specify a Development Resource Rate

Note: The following procedure assumes you have already assigned resources to the headings.

1. In the Setup Schedule > Development tab, in the Development rates data grid, in the row for the heading to which you want the rate applied, click the Value column.
2. Type the value that represents the maximum daily mining rate for the heading.
3. Click the Length column and type the value for the length along the heading after which the maximum daily mining rate is applied.

You can apply different mining rates to headings at as many positions along the heading as is required by the geometry and geology of the heading. For each change to the mining rate, a new row is required in the Development rates data grid.

Tip: The easiest method for creating multiple rules to change the rate for a single heading along the length of the heading is to create a copy of the row and then adjust the Length and Value for the new row.

4. Click the Date/event column and choose the date or event at which the maximum daily mining rate becomes effective for the heading.

Resources can have different mining rates at different times in the schedule.

5. Click the Delay column and type a value for the number of days that must elapse, after the date or event selected, before the maximum daily mining rate becomes effective for the heading.
